Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we work hard to protect our reputation.

In the unlikely event that a new computer or accessory purchased from us should fail we will be happy to repair or replace it at no cost to you, within the period of the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1 year from date of purchase), provided the product shows no signs of misuse or accidental damage.

The nature of our service work depends in part on the interoperability of hardware, software, and the networking services of outside vendors, which can sometimes establish constraints beyond our control, and as such we cannot bill on the contingency of success. Service time is not refundable.

Custom orders are non-refundable, as such products can be difficult to find a buyer for.  In stock items are refundable up to 30 days with a 15% restocking fee, provided there is no damage to the product.
